About Me

Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in Social Care and then as a massage therapist. I specialised in Thai Yoga massage and other eastern traditions of bodywork. I trained as a psychotherapist in my late twenties, which is the profession I have now worked in for over 15 years.

Over the years, through my personal experiences and work with clients, my interest extended to shamanic approaches to healing and the use of expanded states of consciousness to support someone’s therapeutic journey. This led me to train as a shamanic practitioner, studying ancient traditions of the UK, Europe, North and South America, Siberia and my own Greek Cypriot heritage. These practices have become a way of life which continue to teach me and forever will.

I am a UKCP registered Integrative relational psychotherapist and a clinical supervisor in private practice in North London. I am also qualified in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy and work with people wanting to prepare for and integrate therapeutic psychedelic experiences.

However you may be wanting to explore your process or are seeking supervision, my aim is to meet you where you need, on a journey towards wholeness.
